This is definitely one of our favorite things to eat for breakfast. It's quick, easy & delish! This will surely keep you satisfied throughout the morning. You can always prepare this dish with different fruits, nuts & seeds.



Shopping List

  • non dairy milk

  • oatmeal

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp ginger

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

  • cane sugar (optional)

  • blueberries

  • hempseeds

  • agave nectar
